Johnny Lingo

This Video is a little longer than most but it is well worth the 23:51 that you spend watching it.

No matter what we think we are all worth 8 cows all it takes is a little self confidence.

Mormon Messages: Moments That Matter Most

I thought that this video was cool so I thought I would share it with everybody.

The most important thing in my life is my Family. My most favorite memories is the time spent with my family...
Family is what matters most in my life. What matters most in yours?

Daily Quotes - Giving vs. Living

Giving vs. Living
The Lord expects us to be as faithful, as devoted, as courageous as those who went before us. They were called to give their lives for the gospel. We are called to live our lives for the same purposes."

Daily Quotes - Competing for God's Love

Competing for God's Love

"Too often we behave as if we were in massive competition with others for God's love. But we have His love; its our love of Him that remains to be proven, Such as through service to others."

Good Timber

A few weeks ago my mother sent me a letter and it had this poem on it and I really liked it so I thought I would share it with all of you.

The Tree that never had to fight,

For sun and sky and air and light,
But stood out on the open plain,
And always got its share of rain,
Never became a forest king,
But lives and dies a scrawny thing.

The man who never had to toil,
To gain and farm his patch of soil,
Who never had to win his share,
Of sun and sky and light and air,
Never became a manly man,
But lived and died as he began.

Good timber does not grow in ease,
The stronger the wind, the stronger the trees
The farther sky, the greater the length
The more the storm, the more the strength,
By sun and cold, by rain and snow,
In tree and men good timbers grow.

Where thickest lies the forest growth
We find the patriarchs of both.
And they hold counsel with the stars
Whose broken branches show the scars
This is the common law of life.

Life is never easy, the only thing that we can do is to work hard and get strong.
